Swallows in Our Backyard!

Laurence and I spent the day working in our yard. Call me crazy, but I do enjoy days like this. We were working on our area that has a water feature. Next to it is our birdhouse with it's resident swallows. I love watching them. The mommy and daddy are so busy right now between bringing lunch and hauling out doo-doo. It's fun.

Like little ones the world over, they always want to have a full stomach! We even saw one leave the nest; sit on the post for a while (looking pretty terrified), and then go back in. They should be flying soon. I can hardly wait!!
