The Pumpkin People

You MUST
See the Pumpkin People in Kentville!

President and Sister Bush invited the 6 temple missionaries
to a day in Kentville.
Pictured are:

Kentville is known for their pumpkin people!
They put in a lot of work to make it fun!
Not quite the type of horse he rode as a kid in Wyoming.

Pumpkins can be scary.... gotta love 'em

Our very own pumpkin people!!

After President Bush took us around to see the Pumpkin People, he took us to their home for lunch.
Sister Bush is a wonderful cook!
Seafood chowder, tuna melt open-faced sandwiches, green salad
along with blueberry cake and ice cream.
YUMMY!! We all ate too much, but it was wonderful!!

Beautiful view of the valley

The Annapolis Valley is known as the "Breadbasket of Nova Scotia".
 With good reason....
They have beautiful produce here.
While here, we purchased apples, peaches, squash, potatoes and there was much more we didn't buy.
Trust in the Lord with all thine heart;
and lean not unto thine own understanding.
In all they ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct thy paths.
Proverbs 3:5-6
